"I would help him with his dogs and around the house," recalled Foutz. Tony had suffered a career-ending car accident that left him paralyzed. Tony, his dogs, and Foutz quickly became friends, with Tony sharing his stories about his time at Quantico, training dogs for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. But when a new neighbor, Tony, moved down the street from his family's home in Girard, Ohio, Foutz's world changed. He also didn't know much about the military growing up.
